Thanks for checking out my blog!
So......I thought I'd share the latest concoction I drink each night. It's actually very tasty and makes me feel great when I drink it - like Super Woman on steroids! I just call it "Green Juice". It's made from: raw kale, blueberries, peaches, bananas, water, wheat germ, ground flax seeds, and vitamin D drops. Please share your recipes of great juices you think would be good for me! I could use some more recipes like this for my bag of tricks...
Thank you God for this new day of life and friends who care about me. I am so blessed.

Here's a great one:
ReplyDelete1 c red or green grapes
a medium orange
1/2 c pineapple chunks (fresh of course)
1 med banana
1 carrot
2 c fresh spinach
1 medium apple
Add ice cubes before blending.
Here's another one:
ReplyDelete1 c fresh pineapple
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
1 c frozen strawberries
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/3 c frozen cranberries
Add ice before blending. You can mix fresh and frozen fruit but if you use all frozen be sure you add liquid or ice (depending on your appliance - we have a Vitamix)
Hi Annie,
ReplyDeleteHere's one for a juicer:
Carrots (1 or 2 medium to large whole carrots, peeled, cut up)
Green apple (whole one, cut up, without core and seeds)
celery (2 or 3 stalks)
raw spinach (handful)
fresh ginger (small piece)
about 1/8 peeled lemon
It's delicious!
